CreditFix is a credit repair organization as defined under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), 15 U.S.C. § 1679 et seq., registered in Rhode Island. By using CreditFix, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
CreditFix provides software tools that analyze your credit report and generate dispute letters you may send to credit bureaus. We are a technology platform — not a law firm, financial advisor, or credit counselor.
What we do. We analyze the credit report you upload, identify potentially disputable items under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), generate draft dispute letters personalized with your information, and provide a prioritized repair plan.
What we don't do. We do not contact credit bureaus on your behalf. All dispute letters must be reviewed, signed, and mailed by you. We do not guarantee any improvement to your credit score. We do not provide legal advice. We cannot remove accurate, verifiable information from your credit report.
No guarantee of results. Credit repair results vary by individual. The presence of a disputable item does not guarantee its removal. Results depend on bureau investigation outcomes outside our control.
Billing. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial-month refunds except as required by law.
CROA right to cancel. Under 15 U.S.C. § 1679d, you have the right to cancel this contract without penalty or obligation within 3 business days of signing. To exercise this right, contact us at the email below before the 3-day period expires.
Money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within your first 30 days, contact us for a full refund of your subscription fees.
Price changes. We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of your credit report data and any dispute letters generated for you. By uploading a credit report, you grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle and delete your data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CreditFix's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
CreditFix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or damage to credit standing, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific credit outcome will result from using it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Rhode Island, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under federal law, including CROA or the FCRA.
We may update these Terms of Service. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
